I order from you all a lot and today was the worst food i have ever had from your restaurant, the sweet and sour chicken was so rubbery i couldn't even eat it and the crab rangoon was burnt and nasty, the beef sticks were so tough you couldn't chew them , i paid a lot of money for this food and the only thing edible was the egg rolls , i also waited extra time because you didn't have a driver , i hope you will make this right

The food is good however I was charged more than the total given to me online when I entered my card info and checked out. The delivery fee was triple the amount than what was stated online. I was also charged twice so I am now waiting for the second charge to be reversed. I will not be ordering from this site or restaurant online again.

We ordered lunch from here today. It took over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered. When the delivery girl got to our house, I said "It took long enough, we've been waiting for over an hour and a half." Her response "You have to talk to the manager about that." And then she practically threw the bag of food at me. I went outside to talk to her, and she ran into me with her car and called me a b*tch!!! This place is horrible!! NEVER order from here.

Really disappointed in my recent order.. for the first time ..since I have been ordering from you , my order was WRONG...
I have Family that are “ Vegan “ they are out of town so when they come to visit we order Chinese..Last night it was so cold and they wanted soup and ( first time we picked up ) we ordered vegetable tofu soup..we got Egg Drop Soup.. something they would NEVER eat.. plus I ordered spring rolls for them ... there was no Duck sauce ,hot mustard OR SOY SAUCE.... Just wanted you to know
